Father arrested after threats against 17-year-old daughter

Police arrested a 44 year-old Pearl City man who allegedly threatened to kill his teen-aged daughter following an argument.

Police said the suspect and his daughter, 17, were arguing in their Pearl City home just before midnight Wednesday when the father allegedly abused his daughter forcing her to leave.

The suspect allegedly got a gun and told another person in the house that he would kill his daughter if she returned home.

He was arrested on suspicion of first degree terroristic threatening, abuse of a family member and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
