An 81-year-old man was arrested after allegedly spray painting the vehicle of his apartment complex manager in Kakaako.
The man, who had a problem with the manager, was seen painting the side of the vehicle, police said.
He was arrested at his home, at 626 Coral St., Thursday about 5 p.m. for investigation of criminal property damage.
