A 27-year-old man and his 17-year-old lookout were arrested for investigation of burglary and drug offenses Monday morning, police said.
The Kalihi man and boy were arrested at 5:15 a.m. after they were seen burglarizing a business in Kalihi near Palamea and Long lanes, police said.
The man committed the burglary while the boy acted as the lookout, police said.
Upon their arrests, both were allegedly found to be carrying suspected crystal methamphetamine.
