Actor Dennis Quaid selling Montana ranch to move to Hawaii
LIVINGSTON, Mont. >> Actor Dennis Quaid is trying to sell his 420-acre southern Montana ranch near Yellowstone National Park for $14 million.
He has owned the Paradise Valley ranch south of Emigrant for about 25 years.
Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty put the ranch on the market Oct. 14. The property borders Gallatin National Forest and includes a 5,300-square-foot home, four guest houses, a ranch manager’s home and horse facilities.
Before Quaid, the property was owned by actor Warren Oates and director Sam Peckinpah.
