Police captured a Hawaii State Hospital escapee in Kailua on Saturday morning two days after he was reported missing.

Robert Pacheco, 30, was located and captured at the Kailua Arby’s Restaurant on Hoolai Street about 11:05 a.m., police said.

An off-duty employee from the hospital spotted Pacheco and contacted authorities, police said. He was arrested without incident, police said.

Pacheco is believed to have been in the gym area of the hospital before he escaped from the Kaneohe facility Thursday evening, police said.
