Scott Van Lee, of no permanent address, but previously of Kailua, is being held on $150,000 bail. He is expected to make his first appearance in Circuit Court on Monday. Lee was charged Wednesday night with second-degree forgery, second-degree identity theft, unauthorized control of personal information and second-degree theft. Additionally, he was charged this morning with possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting an order to stop, promoting a dangerous drug and first-degree burglary.
