Water restored to South Kainalu Drive in Kailua
Board of Water Supply crews have restored water service to about 50 customers affected by a water main break on South Kainalu Drive between Kailua Road and Kuukama Street Saturday afternoon.
A board spokesperson says the 8-inch main was repaired at about 4 a.m., but crews were continuing to fix the roadway.
Traffic on Kailua Road near Kainalu Drive is being contra-flowed around the break as crews finished the repairs.
