Police are asking for help finding witnesses to a traffic collision involving a woman on a bicycle that occurred at Kalua Road and 9th Avenue in Palolo Valley about 1 p.m. on Dec. 9.

The victim regained consciousness after the crash and called friends, who found her lying on the grassy area between the street and the sidewalk injured, police said. She was taken to the hospital with fractures to her back, jaw and face.

The woman’s bicycle was found leaning up against a wall at the scene with damages to the back of the seat.

The victim could only recall leaving the house and then regaining consciousness lying on the grass, police said.
