Five gunmen remained at large tonight after allegedly robbing a group of people and shooting one man in the leg during a Christmas party in Wailua.
The men were all masked, dressed in black, and armed with handguns when they approached nine people having a party at the Valley 2 farm about 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
The robbers ordered the victims to lie on the ground and shot a 36-year-old man in the leg, then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and personal property.
Police said the gunshot victim was treated and released from the hospital.
