Man arrested for allegedly threatening witness
Police arrested a Hauula man who allegedly threatened a witness against him in an ongoing court case.
Police said a 51-year-old woman, a state witness in an ongoing prosecution, said the man threatened to harm her last month if she testifies against him.
Officers arrested the man Saturday for investigation of felony intimidating a witness. He was released pending investigation.
