The former treasurer of the Pacific Handcrafters Guild was released on $11,000 bail after pleading not guilty to stealing more than $150,000 from the organization.

Faith Mokiau pleaded not guilty to the charge of first-degree theft Tuesday.

Trial is set for the week of Feb. 27 before Circuit Judge Randal Lee.

She was indicted on the charge earlier this month. The case alleges Mokiau acquired a debit card on behalf of the crafters’ organization and that she made several transactions from 2005-2010.
