Man charged with stealing from housemate’s safe
A 24-year-old man was charged today with stealing from an 84-year-old man whom he lived with, police said.
The man allegedly stole more than $301 from the Manoa man’s safe between October 2010 and November 2011.
He was arrested today at District Court and charged with second-degree theft. His bail was set at $11,000.
