A man is in serious condition after his mo-ped apparently rear-ended another vehicle, sending the man crashing through the rear window.
Emergency Medical Services said the victim is a male in his 30s. He was taken to a local trauma center in serious condition with what scanner reports described as multiple fractures and abrasions.
The collision took place on Oneawa Street in Kailua around 8 p.m.
