San Francisco’s Tim Lincecum pitched the Giants to an 8-1 victory over the Colorado Rockies last night.

San Francisco Giants baseball will be broadcast by KITV on its second channel, branded as MeTV Hawaii, available on digital cable Channel 126.

The first cable-cast at 3 p.m. Saturday will be a pre-season game against the Cincinnati Reds. Regular season coverage begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday April 18, with a game between the Giants and the Philadelphia Phillies, for whom Hawaii-born Shane Victorino plays.

The last regular season game on the schedule is the 5:30 p.m., Sept. 29 match-up with the San Diego Padres.
