Police arrested a mother and son Thursday for allegedly selling drugs across the street from Kahuku High School.

Officers executed a search warrant at the home at 7 a.m. after investigating reports of drug dealing across from the school, police said.

A 41-year-old woman was arrested for investigation of third-degree promoting a dangerous drug, prohibited acts related to drug paraphernalia, and third-degree promoting a detrimental drug.

The woman’s 20-year-old son was arrested on suspicion of promoting a controlled substance near a school and first- and third-degree promoting a detrimental drug.
