Woman arrested for allegedly stealing, cashing company’s checks

Police today arrested a 32-year-old Makaha woman who allegedly stole checks in November belonging to a Honolulu business.

Police said that from Nov. 9 to Nov. 12, the woman allegedly stole several checks in Waianse from an employee of the company.

The woman allegedly cashed three of the stolen checks. 

Police later identified the woman and arrested her Wednesday on suspicion of three counts of forgery and three counts of theft.
