Senor Frog’s closes in Waikiki
Senor Frog’s closed its Waikiki restaurant Sunday when it couldn’t work out a new lease agreement for its space at the Royal Hawaiian Center, an employee said today.
The Mexican restaurant with three bars could possibly reopen in a different location, though an employee who wasn’t authorized to speak to the media said everything is "up in the air."
"We don’t know what we’re going to do," said general manager Salvador Carpinteyro. "We don’t have any comments. It’s actually a corporate decision."
Senor Frog’s, a Mexican restaurant and bar, operates 15 locations in Mexico, the United States and the Caribbean, the company’s web site said.
