Man tracks down alleged thieves in Manoa
A 50-year-old Manoa resident saw two homeless people leaving his home Wednesday afternoon carrying a large bag and went looking for the couple after calling police.
The 50-year-old man and his 25-year-old companion — neither gave a home address when arrested — were found by the victim at University Avenue and Maile Way 30 minutes after the victim called police at 3 p.m. Both were arrested on suspicion of first-degree robbery.
