Police arrest alleged burglar after he returns to scene

A 25-year-old man allegedly trespassed in a condo unit at King Manor near Straub Clinic and Hospital late Friday night, then returned Saturday afternoon and broke into the 30-year-old condo occupant’s vehicle, police said.

Nainoa Holt Mizuguchi was arrested at the scene on suspicion of first-degree burglary and second-degree unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle Saturday at 2 p.m. He was later charged with a downgraded count of first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
