A 16-year-old boy was arrested after he allegedly hit a 14-year-old boy in Maili this afternoon with a metal pipe, police said.

The alleged assault occurred at 1:25 p.m. and caused bodily injury, police said.

The 16-year-old was arrested at 2 p.m. on suspicion of second-degree assault.
