An 18-year-old man fell about 30 feet and was seriously injured this afternoon at Moanalua Valley Park.
Emergency Medical Services reported the incident occurred 2:38 p.m.
The man was taken to a trauma center in serious condition.
A police dispatch supervisor said she had no report of the incident.
