An anonymous caller led police to two alleged thieves.
Police said the caller reported that the suspects were tampering with a moped in Kalihi on Monday.
Police later that day located the suspects, a 16-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, pushing the moped.
They were arrested on suspicion of theft and the moped was returned to the owner.
