Man arrested in alleged rape of Waipahu girl, 4
A 23-year-old man is under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting his girlfriend’s four-year-old daughter.
The alleged assaults occurred Tuesday in Waipahu.
No arrest has been made. Besides first-degree sexual assault, the suspect also is being investigated for endangering the welfare of a minor.
