Woman arrested in Kalihi for violating probation
A 41-year-old woman was arrested Monday for violating her $20,000 HOPE probation warrant.
The suspect — assigned to the Judiciary’s Hawaii’s Opportunity Probation with Enforcement (HOPE) program — was located and arrested in Kalihi.
The police report did not say why the suspect was on probation, but the program is designed for convicted felons sentenced to probation and is aimed at those convicted of drug offenses.
