Man held, another sought in alleged kidnapping and assault
Honolulu police arrested one man and are searching for another in connection with an alleged kidnapping and assault in Waianae Saturday.
According to police, the two suspects kidnapped a 47-year-old man and assaulted him.
Police arrested a 35-year-old man, who does not have a local address, on suspicion of kidnapping, second-degree assault, fourth-degree theft and an outstanding warrant.
The other suspect has not been located or identified.
