Nuuanu man charged in alleged kidnapping of woman, 19
A 24-year-old Nuuanu man is facing numerous charges in connection with an incident involving a 19-year-old woman Friday evening in Kaneohe.
Leon Botelho was charged with unauthorized entry into a motorized vehicle, abuse of a family or household member, second-degree terroristic threatening and kidnapping. His aggregate bail was set at $102,000.
Police did not release details of the incident.
Botelho was arrested at the Kaneohe Police Station on Saturday.
