Girl, 3, drowns off Sand Island State Park
A 3-year-old girl died after being pulled from waters off Sand Island State Park on Monday.
The girl was pulled from the water about 4 p.m.
Paramedics transported her in extremely critical condition to an area hospital, where she later died.
