Police open extortion case after man allegedly threatened over debt
Honolulu police arrested two suspects who allegedly used threats and physical force to collect a debt.
A 50-year-old man told police the incident happened Friday near Yorktown Street and Enterprise Avenue in Barbers Point.
Officers arrested the suspects Monday after opening an extortion case.
