Designer Ari South’s appearance on "Project Runway All-Stars" Season 3 was short-lived. South was the first to exit the show’s debut episode, "Punked," on Thursday, with a challenge to create an ensemble inspired by fashion’s punk trend.

The challenge was won by Elena Slivnyak, who won her first challenge after following her model’s advice to wear her jacket backward. That gave it a straitjacket effect the judges, including Blondie’s Debbie Harry, liked.

Judges’ "criticism" for Ari was that her design was "too well tailored" to be punk.
