A 33-year-old man reported being robbed early Sunday morning in the Kapahulu area, police said.
The victim told police that a man struck him and took his property around 1:30 a.m., according to police records.
About an hour later, a witness identified a 28-year-old Mililani man in connection with the alleged crime, and officers arrested him on Monsarrat Avenue on suspicion of first-degree robbery, according to police records.
