Police arrest man suspected of kidnapping boyfriend
Police arrested a 31-year-old man who had been wanted for allegedly kidnapping his boyfriend in Waikiki earlier this month.
Officers located and arrested the suspect in Waikiki at about 9:50 p.m. Thursday.
Police said he had been wanted in the kidnapping of a 25-year-old man.
