» The glass from the Iolani Palace door damaged by vandals Saturday was shipped from England to San Francisco where its design was etched in time for it to be part of the finished palace when it opened in 1882. A Page B4 story Tuesday said the glass was flown from England to San Francisco.

» A Page B1 graphic Tuesday about four Hawaii high schools in the National Math and Science Initiative showed a 65 percent increase in students taking advanced placement exams, and an 89 percent increase in AP scores of 3 or higher, from the 2010-11 school year to 2012-13. The bar graph’s color chart was inaccurate.
