The Medical Examiner’s Office identified the 75-year-old Mililani man who died after falling from Meheula Parkway on to the H-2 freeway last week as Douglas Thorp.
The incident occurred about 6 p.m. on Feb. 20, briefly closing the northbound lanes of the H-2.
