Police: Reckless driver in Kapolei was driving stolen car
A 33-year-old man in a stolen vehicle observed driving recklessly in Kapolei was in police custody after he allegedly struck another vehicle and fled the scene.
Police said the incident happened at about 10 a.m. Wednesday. Arresting officers also found drugs on the suspect, police said.
