» The Native Hawaiian Kana‘i­olo­walu Registry closed May 1, but the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission’s work will continue until the commission is able to complete and certify the list. A Page B4 story Tuesday stated the commission’s work closed May 1.

» Patricia "Trish" Rabellizsa, the Piiholo Ranch Zipline worker who died Thursday after a 150-foot fall on Maui, was 29 years old. A Page A21 article Friday reported she was 20.

» Maryknoll School’s graduation will be held at 5:30 p.m. June 6 at the Blaisdell Arena. The date was wrong in the graduation listings on Page D1 Monday.

» Don Carroll is a former Oceanic Time Warner Cable president. A Page B6 story Wednesday misidentified him as John Carroll.

» In Tuesday’s Kokua Line on Page B2, a city official said the Kanewai Park Summer Fun Program would be relocated again to Crane Community Park. However, parks officials later said neither park will be hosting Summer Fun programs this year.
