Ofelia Wong of Mililani and her husband, Tim, discovered some “island” hospitality at the Aloha Cafe in Cologne, Germany, in April during their Rhine River cruise. The couple saw another sign of Hawaiian life — a street named Wihelmina — at Keukenhof Tulip Gardens in Lisse, Netherlands.
