Elisia Flores has been named chief financial officer of L&L Franchise Inc., parent company of L&L Drive-Inn, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue and L&L Hawaiian Grill.

A 2002 graduate of Punahou School, Flores has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Southern California and an Executive MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

In prior years, Flores worked at General Electric in multiple financial leadership roles and was senior finance manager for GE Energy in Phoenix, Ariz., before resigning to join the family business.

Her father Eddie Flores is president and co-founder of the business, and her mother Elaine is one of three vice presidents.
