Finance Factors has purchased commercial property at the corner of Waialae and 8th Avenues and will locate a branch there.

The two-story building includes five commercial spaces on the ground floor and eight second-floor residential apartments.

"We are excited to expand Finance Factors’ operations to the bustling neighborhood of Kaimuki and look forward to improving this local property," said Steven Teruya, president and chief operating officer of Finance Factors, in a statement.

The bank will renovate the building exterior, as it has in Liliha and Manoa.

The transaction also included an adjacent property offering additional parking for tenants and customers.
