It took six fire companies and 19 firefighters about 15 minutes to control a fire that a destroyed a golf cart maintenance building Wednesday morning at Turtle Bay Resort.

The fire was reported at 4:36 a.m. with firefighters arriving at 4:45 a.m. The fire  at the single-story structure was brought under control at 5:02 a.m.

Fire investigators are working to determine cause of the fire and a damage estimate.

No injuries were reported.

No evacuation of the North Shore hotel was reported.
