Honolulu Police released a photo of a man that was apparently taken with a stolen cellular phone.
Honolulu police released a photo of a man, who may have taken a selfie after stealing a purse and cell phone.
Police said the suspect “forcefully took” the purse and cellphone from a car at the Waipahu Transit Center at 2:45 p.m. on Sept. 21.
The victim received a photo, which police believe may have been taken with the woman’s stolen cell phone.
