The Medical Examiner’s office has identified the 49-year-old homeless man who was found dead at Fort DeRussy beach on Saturday as Casey McMullen.
Cause of death is pending further tests.
Police have classified the death as an unattended death pending the outcome of the autopsy.
The victim was found on the beach at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
