Victim is shot in finger but withdraws complaint
A 24-year-old man was reportedly shot in the left index finger by another man in Waianae, but no charges will be filed in the case.
Police said the suspect used what appeared to be a black pistol 11 a.m. Monday, the victim told police.
Police opened a second-degree murder investigation, but the victim was uncooperative when police tried to get a statement from him. He withdrew the complaint Tuesday night.
