Man allegedly tried to cash forged business check in Kapalama
A 40-year-old man tried to cash a forged business check at a check cashing business in the Kapalama area Wednesday, and was arrested, Honolulu police said.
Tiotala Tilo was charged Thursday with second-degree forgery. His bail was set at $25,000.
