Boy, 5, struck by parents’ reversing vehicle in Waialua
A 5-year-old boy was struck Tuesday afternoon by his parents’ vehicle in Waialua.
Emergency Medical Services reported that the boy was in serious condition at 3:59 p.m. Tuesday after being hit by the vehicle and taken by ambulance to a hospital.
An EMS report said the boy was run over by his parents’ vehicle, which was moving at a low speed while reversing. The accident occurred in the area of 67-021 Waialua Beach Road.
