Sheriffs, police searching for 2nd missing work furlough inmate

Another Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate failed to return to the prison while on work furlough.

Inmate William Williams, 51, failed to return to the Laumaka Work Furlough Center  at 4:30 a.m. Monday.

Williams is 51-years old. He is 6 feet 5 inches and weighs 205 pounds. He has light brown hair and blue eyes.

Williams is serving time for theft and violation of a protection order and his next parole hearing is scheduled for October.

Also still at large is inmate Isaiah Kaisa, 27,  who failed to return from work furlough at 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

 He is 6 feet inches and weighs 259 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

He is serving time for forgery, identity theft, breaking into a vehicle, and owning a prohibited weapon.  His next parole hearing is scheduled for June.  

Both inmates will have an escape charge added to their prison sentence when they are recaptured.
