Woman returns home, discovers burglar
A Waialua woman surprised a burglar hiding in her home Monday afternoon and called police after she discovered items strewn about the house, police said.
Police arrested a 54-year-old homeless woman on suspicion of first-degree burglary around 2:30 p.m.
