Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works to open stores in West Oahu

Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works are the latest tenants confirmed to open at Ka Makana Alii, the 1.4 million-square-foot regional mall currently under construction in West Oahu.

The opening of the first phase of the mixed-use center, being built by DeBartolo Development, is scheduled for late 2016.

“Hawaii has demonstrated remarkable demand for prominent retailers like Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works to expand locally, and the growth of West Oahu presents an immense opportunity. We share the excitement of our residents and visitors to West Oahu who look forward to having these world renowned brands just minutes away,” said Edward Kobel, president and chief operating officer of DeBartolo Development, in a press release.

Victoria’s Secret, which sells women’s lingerie, sports wear and fragrances, will open an 8,000-square-foot store, while the Bath & Body Works location will measure 3,199 square feet.

Ka Makana Alii will be the first shopping center built on Oahu in more than three decades. Other confirmed tenants include anchor Macy’s, H&M, Forever 21, Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, AT&T, Rix Island Wear, Town & Country Surf Designs, Reyn Spooner, Plus Interiors, a state-of-the-art Consolidated Theatres, and Hawaii’s first Hampton Inn & Suites.
