Police are asking the public for help finding a 16-year-old Hawaii Kai boy.
Noah Montemayor was last seen going to bed at about 9 a.m. Tuesday. Police said he may be “emotionally distraight.”
The teen-ager is described at 5-feet 9-inches tall and 130 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
