One of two youths who allegedly used physical force on a 52-year-old woman to take items from a Punchbowl business Tuesday was found by police and arrested.
Saifin Fine, 19, who has no local address, was charged Wednesday with second degree-robbery.
He was arrested on Liholiho Street just before 5 p.m. Tuesday — about an hour after the robbery.
