In the past year the DLNR Division of State Parks has resurfaced the two mile walking path to the Makapu’u lookout along the Kaiwi State Scenic Shoreline. Also, new lookouts are also being installed with improvements made to the existing ones. Pictured is the lighthouse along the cliff of Makapuu.
